LOVE POEM#27 I WANT YOU

I want you

 I want you by my side

When I am awake

and when I am asleep 

I want to hear

 Your gentle breath

When I awake to steal the pillows 

I want your hair

all over my comb

And your toothbrush

next to mine 

I want your picture in my wallet

On my bedside

and my table 

I want you seated

In my car

In my arms

and in my shirts 

I want to watch you

Blow out the candles,

on your birthday every year 

I want my money

in your purse

And all my secrets in your heart 

I want my aspirations

in your prayers

A place for me,

 in your deepest thoughts 

I want your ideas

In my head

I want your laughter

in my ears 

I want to dancet

o the songs you love

To hold you close

and never let you go 

I want my child in your womb

And your loving gaze

Before me always
